Few things

This last week has been great. My mom came out to visit. Kenny and I got a night out to go to the Marine Corps Ball. I only have one picture and it's not that great because it's a cell picture, but we ran so late we didn't really have time to take any. Bummer.

We had a great time. It was our first Ball. The ceremony was great, we had a delicious dinner, and then we headed out to the casino for the rest of the night. I decided not to gamble. I'm not fond of loosing money. Lol. But Kenny played the slots and the Black Jack tables and turned 60 dollars into a couple hundred. It was a pretty good night. The next morning we got up and headed out to the Santa Monica Pier. Another first for all of us.

After walking down the pier we headed back up to Pacific Park.

Kennedy got to enjoy her first amusement park rides. It was so funny! She wasn't too fond of the first one, but she really enjoyed the second. Check out her face.

A few nights later we had to say goodbye to my mom and head to the airport to drop her off.
):

It was a great trip! WAY too short. But her and the rest of my family will be back out here for Spring Break. CAN'T WAIT!!!

On to the next thing:

Please join the FB nurse-in. Facebook is deleting pictures of mothers nursing. They say it's offensive. Breastfeeding is natural and one of the best things a mother can do for their child, how is that offensive?!? People across FB are joining the event, adding their picture to the event wall, changing their profile picture to a nursing one, or the blue default as a way to show support. The first event had about 7, 000 members and FB deleted it. Please show your support! Join the event here.

Here's a picture of me nursing Keegan when he was just a few days old. My supply didn't last long, but I enjoyed the short time we had.

Well on to a busy week of school work.
