Project 365

I'm starting this today. You take a picture everyday for a year of anything really. Did something important happen that day? What did you do that day? Did you meet a new person? etc. It's a chance for you to have something to look back on and remember what you've done this past year. Don't forget to occasionally take a picture of yourself, you can see how much you've changed over the last year.

I'm also using it as a chance to help me better myself with my photography.

You should try it out too!

The cheese was very crispy on top, but it was good. Next time I think I'll wait until about the last 10-15 minutes to top them with the cheese. So it's melty and not so much crispy.

Here's my hubby enjoying the dinner I made!

Have fun giving it a try. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
See you guys tomorrow!

Dinner

This week when making out the grocery list, I realized it's pretty much the same every week and it's BORING! So i've decided it's time to try some new recipes. Over the next two weeks, I'm going to make a first attempt at:

-Stuffed Peppers
-Crispy Ranch Chicken
-Chicken Salsa and Pasta
and
-Chicken and dumplings

I'm also going to make Frisco Melts one night this week. It's my favorite meal to order at Steak n Shake, but we don't have any out here on the west coast. So it's time to make our own.

I think these new recipes will be a fun addition to my blog! Be sure to check them out each night!

--------------------

Question for all of you:
Have any simple recipes you enjoy making? What are they?
Leave them in a comment and maybe I'll give them a try too!
